He's gotten this far with YouTube videos. He just climbed the learning curve for FL Studio and might get frustrated if none of the advice directly applies to his own workstation. Nor is he interested in tutorials made for other DAWs, because he's still at the stage where the UI and different plugins for other DAWs are bewildering. He's not quite at the level where he's willing or able (remember he's a youngster) to buy additional hardware such as monitors. He's reached the point where he's cranking out lots of songs, but gets discouraged when they're played anywhere else but his own PC (car, earbuds, etc.) and sound like crap.
